Cases of measles are rising across England, including among children. It’s an infection that spreads very easily and for some people can cause serious problems.It is particularly easy to catch in environments when in close contact with others, such as nurseries and schools. There are currently large outbreaks in London and Birmingham, and we have experienced some outbreaks in the south-west already.

Are you ready?
Some information from Cornwall Council about the rollout of the weekly food waste and fortnightly recycling and rubbish collections.Roadworks Rockhead to Camelford Station
B3314 Carriageway Repair works have started (November 27) between Rockhead in Delabole and Camelford Station.It is expected to continue to Tuesday, December 12 and the road will be closed between 7.30am and 5pm.
CORMAC has said that marshals will be on site to support residents and businesses needing local access.
All through traffic will need to follow the diversions in place.

20mph Roll-out
The Camelford Area Network has been selected to take part in a 20mph roll-out. This includes Delabole.
